The Hound is a family owned restaurant, bar and live music venue featuring over-the-top American classics, top shelf bourbon, 28 craft beers on tap, and a music line up sure to knock your socks off. Our atmosphere was designed to be warm and welcoming- think hunting lodge, antler-pronged barn setting with the hustle and bustle of old time Alabama.  Our music venue is separate from the restaurant and dining area with it's own bar, stage, and local art displays.

Tuesday: 4-9pm - 1/2 price bottles of wine & buy 2 entrees get a free dessert
Wednesday: Mac - n - Cheese specials!
Thursday: 4-9pm - PINT NIGHT $3 for most pints & $2 off premiums          :: $5 50/50 burgers starting @5pm  (while supplies last)Friday: Early Bird Happy Hour 2pm - 6pm
           :: 1/2 price Signature Drinks, $2 off suggested cocktails
Weekends: $1 Mimosas during Brunch

*Reservations accepted for parties of 10 or more on most evenings.  We will not be accepting reservations of any size on home game weekends.

Which saying something since that is my favorite dessert and I have eaten copious amounts in my time. Oh, and it is Scotch eggs, which are sausage balls dipped in egg and something else and then cooked. I am a child who has been born in to the restaurant business.  My mother and father have owned and operated several very successful restaurants all over New England for the last 40 years.  All I have ever asked from an experience is a great environment, excellent and personable service, and a quality of food that rolls socks up and down with every bite.  This is hard feat to achieve, however, in my personal and very humble opinion, Bloodhound does this... at least for me...  the classic and rustic décor brings a sense of relaxation after a long day, the engaging staff is knowledgeable about both food and drink, quick to offer a smile and a handshake with every visit.  The food I believe speaks for itself with a menu that is highly unique and "brave" to the Auburn community.  In house cured meats, wholesome and hearty classic dishes, and love put into every thing to cross from the kitchen into the dining room.  
I fully recommend Bloodhound with all my heart to the young professional who finishes their day and wants a delicious bite and cocktail, to an expert who appreciates a perfect top shelf pour, or the outside the box thinking college couple - perfect for date night - looking for excellent music, high gravity beer, and a night of relaxation.  Honestly, this is my favorite and best experience in Auburn - other than Game Day... Enjoy!
